How is lead quality assessed?
A qualified lead is a prospect who completed the full form (name, phone, industry, budget) or called through Call Ads. We exclude duplicates, fake numbers and off-target industries via negative keywords and form qualification.
How are leads tracked?
Every lead is recorded in Google Analytics 4 with the conversion event, the source (keyword, ad, campaign), the time and the form data. It's all visible in your shared CRM Sheet and in your Google Ads account.
What's the target CPL?
It varies by industry. In trades, we aim for a CPL under $8. In real estate, under $15. In healthcare, under $12. We give you a projection on the call and optimize to hit those targets.
